BECOME A CB STUDENT

While the primary pathway to becoming a Breakthrough Manchester College-Bound student is by participating in the middle-school portion of the program from rising 7th to 9th grade, occasionally we will have spots open for students rising 9th to rising 12th grade who did not participate in the middle school program.

Student interest from this form is assessed during the summer, and you will be contacted for follow up steps!

If you currently live in Manchester and you are a current 9th, 10th, or 11th grade student or you will be a 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade student in the fall please complete the form below to be considered for Breakthrough Manchester College-Bound.
